Manual for module Inquiries
1. Add and edit Inquiries
To set up new Inquiry click on the New Item icon.
Enter the following data for new inquire:
Date - date of entering Inquiry
Active - status of Inquiry
To set up a new Inquiry click on the button Submit.
To edit Inquiry data click on the Edit icon.
To enter new question click on the tab Text.
To set up optional questions click on the icon New Item in tab Options.
Enter the following data:
Counter- this field serve to display how many times visitors have clicked on offered answer.
Weight - regulates order of appearance.
Click on the button Submit.
Click on the icon Edit to modify data.
Answers are entered over tab Text in tab Option.
2. Deleting inquiries
To delete inquiry click on the icon Delete.
